Return and Exchange Policy

For Apparels- Item can be returned/ exchange within 30 days from delivery date if they are in original packaging, unworn and unwashed. Please make sure the product size label is still unbroken. We recommend inspecting your items before sending it back as we cannot accept any damaged or dirty items.

For Swimwear- Do not peel off the label. Any return of swimwear and hygiene label has been removed or manipulated with will not be accepted by Fab Aussie.

 If your requested exchange is out of stock or you are seeking an alternative product with a price difference - a store credit or gift card will be automatically issued.

We suggest to wisely choose the size, design and colour of the product. The expenses of exchange/return shipping to Fab Aussie are the responsibility of the customer. Your requests to exchange outside of this time frame will be dealt with at our discretion.

Electronic Products Return and Exchange Policy

The orders which are shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded. Our refund and exchange policy lasts 30 days, if 30 days have gone by since your product is delivered, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in its original condition and include all the original packaging. Anything which is not sealed must be replaced at the customers expense. This return for refund policy is not applicable for change of mind, and is at the discretion of Electronic Recycling Australia.

All return requests must be authorized by our customer service team before shipping to our return address. 

Due to unavoidable instances, in case if you do not receive your order or it got missed we will assess those order on a case-by-case basis. We will try out best to replace any orders not received within reason.
